November 6:
Singing Bowl Deep Release:

Immerse yourself in the deeply soothing sounds of singing bowls as you are guided through a succession of relaxing postures. Notice the tensions and stresses melt away. Leave feeling peaceful and rejuvenated. Open to all. No Yoga experience needed. Please bring a mat, blanket and bolster or two blankets.

November 13:
Backbends and Inversions for All:

Two of the most dynamic asanas in the Hatha Yoga practice, both of them richly rewarding for their energetic shifts in the physical body, and mind. New to them? Great! Come learn ways to enter them into your practice with wisdom. A regular practitioner? Great! Come learn some fun new variations and expand your repertoire. Please bring your own mat and block.

November 20:
Yin Yoga and Meditation :

Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. … Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of prana , or the essential life force, in the organs. This workshop will provide a slow deep flow practice followed by a 15 minute guided meditation. This workshop is open to all levels.

December 4th and January 8th:
Immune Booster Yoga

The body’s immune system goes through an ebb and flow of efficiency depending on our external circumstances. Learn a practice specifically designed to fire up the immune system and have it humming like a fine oiled machine! Open to all levels. This workshop includes vibrant movement, breathwork and chanting. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket.

December 11th and January 15th:
Boost the brain ~Soothe the Joints

Learn proven Yoga techniques specifically designed to address the two areas of our bodies that age the fastest, our brains and our joints. This workshop shows how you can bring increased ease to arthritic or sore joints, and at the same time stimulate the brains capacity for full functioning. Open to all, this workshop is part movement, part lecture. Bring a yoga mat.

December 18th and January 22nd:
Cozy Yoga

What’s better than a warm blanket on a cold day? Cozy Yoga! We’ll explore a practice that makes the body feel warm , the mind feel relaxed, and the emotions balanced. Open to all levels, this workshop involves gentle movement, breathwork, group conversation and warm tea or cocoa. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket.

January 29th:
Yogadance

Back by popular demand, glide through a yoga practice that feels like a dance of the spirit. Move as movement was meant to be enjoyed, with flow and grace, all to a soundtrack of amazing music. For the dancer in us all. No Dance experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat, a sweat towel, and your free – flowing spirit!
