Our Classes and Services

  • Open Level Yoga

    A class designed to be appropriate for beginners and intermediate students alike. Each student will be challenged and supported within their own level. Class sizes are intentionally kept very small to give everyone appropriate personal attention. Open to all.

  • Gentle Yoga

    A soothing, relaxing practice to heal the nervous system, gently energize the body and open the heart. Perfect for all levels, and a lovely entry level class for beginners, as well as a necessary addition for anyone dealing with the pressures of life. Please note this class takes place in person at the Ravenswood location on Wednesday and is Online on Sunday.

  • Intermediate Level Yoga

    A more physically challenging practice for the student who has had a regular yoga practice for some time. Recommended for those seeking to further their practice physically, mentally and spiritually.

  • Livestream Chair Yoga

    Designed for those who sit for long periods of time as a way to stretch and strengthen the body, as well as for those with limitations that prevent getting up and down from the floor, or are working with injuries. The class progresses from the chair to standing (using the chair for support) and back to sitting again. This is a great class for anyone of any level. Please note this class is Online only.

  • Livestream Chair Fit/Yoga

    It’s a party! Join the fun and get fit. Each class provides a complete workout with strength training, stretching, cardio dancing, balancing and relaxation. Choreographed to awesome music, each class is a little different and fun. Class begins and ends sitting with several minutes of standing movement as well. Open to all levels. Please note this class is Online only.

  • Yogassage

    A popular therapeutic body treatment of passive yoga stretching, acupressure, Reiki, traditional massage, and tension release. It’s similar to Thai Yoga Massage, but with a focus on your specific needs. Yogassage helps to calm the nervous system, facilitating healing throughout the body, as well as release the clusters of tension in the muscles, and inflammation in the body. Sessions are done fully clothed, on a comfy futon, and they last about an hour. You will leave feeling soothed, refreshed and super relaxed.

  • Private Lessons

    If you are looking for a more personal approach to your practice, try private lessons. Each lesson is tailor-made to meet you where you are and to work specifically on your goals. In the ancient tradition of Yoga, this is how it was meant to be taught. Find out how you can advance your practice and enhance your life. Private lessons can include but are not limited to working through an injury, dharma (yogic life) lessons, advancing your practice faster, stress recovery, specific physical, mental or spiritual goals. Please note, private lessons take place in two locations. Mondays are at the Des Plaines location, Wednesdays and Thursdays are at the Ravenswood location.

  • Bliss Package

    Ready to be Blissed Out?

    The Bliss Package is a 60 minute session that includes:

    20 minutes of passive stretching of the full body 

    20 minutes of infrared sauna blanket therapy

    20 minutes of head, full back and neck massage 

    The session is done fully clothed on a comfy massage table and is customizable to your specific needs.
