All classes are ongoing, start anytime. Reservations must be made for all classes, workshops and appointments. 

Sign up online to reserve your spot.  Online classes must be signed up for at least 1/2 hour before class time. A zoom link will be sent to you via e-mail.

• Please note expiration date on class packages. No extensions will be applied.

• Please remove your name from the sign-up list if you cannot make it so that others may sign up.

• Please note class cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to class time.  Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Late cancellations will be charged the full rate.

• Please bring your own mat and props.  There are no shared supplies at the studio.
